How do we manufacture high-quality granite countertops? In the following article, we offer you to discover the process through which a block of granite is gradually transformed into a beautiful polished kitchen countertop.

1. Stone block selection: We pick up only the finest quality granite block to make granite tops.

2. Machine cut: A precise cutting machine cuts the stone blocks into slabs.

3. Calibration: We control the thickness of each slab surface to obtain even slabs.

4. Polishing: We use the finest polishing tools and polishing pads to obtain a high-gloss finish for each of the granite countertops.

5. Color difference control: Stone varies in color. We select the polished granite countertops according to their color. All the granite countertops to be packed in the same crate will have matching colors.

6. Edge profile processing and lamination (if needed): After the color selection, we polish the edges.

7. Second specification control: We check the granite countertop thickness once again to make sure the total tolerance of thickness within +/-1 mm.

8. Anti-polution precautions and sealing: All granite countertops are sealed at our factory before being packed.

9. Packing: We dry and pack our products into suitable clean packages.

10. Delivery: We delivered our granite countertops to the port and load them into containers for shipment overseas.
